THE Authority of the Freeport Area o Bataan (AFAB) recently signed a memorandum of agreement with the iWave Advanced Research Group which preferred to put up business at the sprawling Freeport Area of Bataan.
AFAB Chairman Pablo M. Gancayco, AFAB Administrator Emmanuel D. Pineda and iWave Research Group Inc. Chief Executive Officer Marco Antonio R. Urera signed the MOA during a simple ceremony at the FAB last Wednesday, said Hazel Keith Ellorin of AFAB’s corporate affairs department.
The said new FAB locator deals with information technology-business process outsourcing (IT-BPO) and is expected to hire around 14,000 workers.
