Bataan beauties took oath of office

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – The winners in the recently concluded Ms. Bataan beauty pageant this morning took their oath before Governor Abet S. Garcia, members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and department heads of the provincial government at the Bulwagan ng Bayan, Capitol Compound.

The five beauty queens, headed by the reigning Ms. Bataan, Myle Alexis Reyes from Dinalupihan will perform additional specific duties in addition to the functions akin to the titles they won during the pageant.

First runner up, Ms. Shiela Siasat from Samal, who unfortunately did not make it in this morning’s oath taking will serve as the Ambassadress of Industries and Investments. Second runner up, Ms. Charisse Marie Sisperez of Orani took her oath as Ambassadress of Health and Education. The Ambassadress of Culture and Arts was conferred to third runner up, Ms. Elle Hollman of Mariveles while fourth runner up Ms. Jaila Eunice Raguindin of Orani took her oath as Ambassadress of Youth and Sports. Ms. Bataan 2014, Myle Alexis Reyes took her oath as Ambassadress of Tourism and Environment.

All five of them will work hand in hand with the Provincial Government in projects geared towards the realization of the Province’s vision that by the year 2020, Bataan will be the preferred location for eco-industrial investments, leading to the highest human development index in the country.
