ORION, Bataan – This town which used to suffer a deficit, is now gaining ground in its economic activities as it is now yielding positive results. Mayor Tonypep Raymundo said that Orion is now recovering from its lamentable past brought about by neglect and lack of vision
He stressed, however that the saving measures he is implementing do not affect the delivery of services and the implementation of priority projects by his administration, saying “di naman apektado ang services at pagawain sa aming bayan dahil sa ginagawa naming pagtitipid.”
He said that Orion depends more on its Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA). He added that a large percentage of the town’s P80 million annual budget goes to salaries, payment for loans and services.
