Capping off the week-long 263rd Foundation Day celebration of Bataan are the Parade of Floats and Street Dance competition participated in by the eleven towns and lone city of the province.
Gathered early at the Enrique Garcia Sr. Avenue (EGSA) last January 11, the 12 floats captured the eyes of onlookers with their history, products, and qualities unique in their respective areas which are complemented by their respective street dance performances. The parade ended in front of the provincial capitol building for the closing ceremonies and announcement of winners.
Bagging the 1st place for the Street Dance competition was Pilar while Samal won 1st place for the Parade of Floats.
Vice Governor Cris Garcia, Dinalupihan Mayor Gila Garcia, and Sangguniang Panlalawigan members were among those who graced said event.
