Serrano conducts Dalaw Barangay

ORANI, Bataan – Bataan First District Board Member Benjie Serrano Jr. is conducting Dalaw Barangay in the barangays of the district, a program to bring down services to village folks.

The board member said the program includes community services like free haircut, free dental services, feeding program, free massage, and anti-rabies vaccine, among others.

Serrano, a three-term mayor of Orani, said he started the Dalaw Barangay during his first term as mayor. Now that he is a board member, he also reports to barangay folks the resolutions and ordinances they passed at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

He said the next staging of the program is at Barangay Almacen, Hermosa on September 25. It was last conducted a month ago in Barangay Naparing, Dinalupihan.

“The program brings him closer to the common people, deal with them and know their real problems”, Serrano pointed out.
