Councilor Del Rosario: Gov. Abet, a remarkable leader

BAGAC, Bataan – Councilor Popoy Del Rosario of this town is all praises to Gov. Abet Garcia’s brand of leadership.
“He is a good leader, very effective, true to his words, and principled”, the councilor described the governor.
“He truly understands the plight of his constituents”, he also said.
“His programs for health and education are exceptional”, he added.
“He takes care both the youths and senior citizens”, the councilor said.
Del Rosario is a three-term councilor and chairman of the SB Committees on Finance and Appropriation, Justice and Legal Matters, and Rules and Privileges. He is also the Presiding Officer Pro Tempore.
He is the president of National Movement of Young Legislators Bataan Chapter.
Del Rosario is also the secretary general of Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Region 3 and vice president of PCL Bataan Chapter.
He has a remarkable feat of being consistent number 1 councilor in the last three elections.
