CITY OF BALANGA, Bataan – Another interesting event as part of the celebration of the 75th Araw ng Kagitingan, was a seafood festival held last night, April 7 at Vista Mall, this City.
Prior to the partaking of sumptuous dishes, an invocation was delivered followed by the opening remarks of Lino Obana, President of the Bataan Hotels and Restaurants Owners Association (BHROA) and Bataan’s 2nd District Representative, the Hon. Joet Garcia, who came with his wife, Isabel and his mother Mrs. Vicky Garcia.
Also present to enjoy the mouth-watering seafood buffet was Dinalupihan Mayor Gila Garcia and Samal Mayor Gene Malibiran dela Fuente. Heads of the different departments in the Provincial Capitol were also present.
The buffet was composed of a variety of seafood dishes that we Bataeños truly love and are proud of sharing with other people. The guests were entertained by musical numbers rendered by Ms. Mikaela Puzon and the HOM band, both local artists of Bataan.
