As the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) plays host to hundreds of foreign and local investors, the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) aims to develop employees who may become future supervisors and good leaders.
This may be made possible with the recent holding of supervisory development course in coordination with the regional office of Civil Service Commission (CSC) which facilitated the three-day learning session participated in by select employees.
CSC resource person Ms. Regina Esguerra shared with participants valuable expertise and practical insights relevant to supervisory functions and organizational leadership.
The initiative reflects AFAB’s investment in employee development, cultivating competent public servants, leading integrity, commitment, and excellence.
In its statement, the AFAB further said: “This program is aimed at strengthening the leadership and management skills of select AFAB employees in support of the agency’s commitment to effective governance and quality public service.”
