AG&P interested in buying 10% stake in Bataan LNG plant

ATLANTIC, Gulf and Pacific Co. of Manila Inc. (AG&P) has offered Philippine National Oil Co. (PNOC) to own up to 10 percent of the planned 2,400-megawatt (MW) integrated liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility in Bataan.

“The proponents are giving us the opportunity to take extra investments…maybe up to 10 percent. But we have not made a decision [yet],” said PNOC Alternative Fuels President Dante Canlas.
