Bataan industrial growth a big leap to economic prosperity

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Ms. Milagros Guiang, a former college librarian from Makati City has observed the pulsating escalation of commercial and industrial growth areas in the three towns of the historic peninsula as tantamount to a big leap headed for progressive socio-economic influence for the residents.
She based her analytical and managerial observations on the performances of the local provincial government officials headed by Bataan Governor Albert S. Garcia in formulating an effective Public-Private Partnership in pursuing competitive agenda, good governance, among others.
Ms. Guiang attributes the rapid industrialization and economic progress of Bataan to the comprehensive development scheme of Governor Garcia and his respected economic advisers of expressing the vision of the province to become one the premier investment and eco-industrial hubs in Central Luzon.
