CAMP TOLENTINO – The Bataan Police Provincial Office (BPPO) headed by Police Senior Supt. and lawyer, Atty. Benjamin Silo, Jr., ranked 1st in the latest Central Luzon’s Latest Performance Evaluation Rating of the Police Regional Office 3.
“PD Silo lauded the men and women of Bataan PPO for garnering TOP 1 position in the Central Luzon’s Latest Performance Evaluation Rating out of the 9 PPOs/CPOs composing the Police Regional Office 3,” Police Senior Inspector Jennifer Cruz, information chief of Bataan PPO, said in a message sent to 1Bataan.com.
Cruz added that the Bataan PPO in terms of anti-criminality campaign focuses in crimes such as physical injury, robbery, theft, motornapping, carnapping, murder, homicide.
“Sinama na din po ang rape kung saan ang Bataan PPO ay weekly nagtatala lang ng single digit sa crime incidents pinakamataas na ang 9 reported crimes this year,” (We have included rape wherein the Bataan PPO records a single digit in crime incidents report. We have recorded at least 9 this year.) Cruz added.
The said ranking serves as the performance audit on police officials nationwide that began in 2011 that determines who will stay in their present positions and who will have to be replaced.
The assessment is also a move by the agency to ensure that they assigned the right policemen for the job.
