Dela Rosa retains GSP council presidency

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Incumbent Bataan Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) Council President Estrella S. Dela Rosa was reelected as GSP council president for another three-year term during the convention and election held at the Bataan Girl Scout Council Office, Capitol Compound on Thursday.

To ensure proper conduct, this year’s election has guidelines presented by Nominations Committee Chairperson Virginia Enriquez based on the GSP Constitution and By-Laws along with the prescribed Standard Council By-Laws as reference.

Meanwhile, 19 members were designated as Officers at large who will serve as representatives to support the council president.

Estrella was first elected as council president in 2015 and is now ready to sign off but was retained due to GSP members’ clamor.
