The constructive business discretion of Mayor Garcia in transforming the agricultural town into a progressive commercial center is reaping dividend with the land values in this town have jumped by more than 100 percent over the last three years.
Ms. Reyes, who is now a successful real estate agent, said the geographical location of Dinalupihan as a gateway to the country’s two premier economic zones, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) and Clark Ecozone ,is slowly-earning the sobriquet of a highly-urbanized and commercial district in Western Central Luzon area.
With the excellent and sound business administration educational background and former vice president for marketing of a foreign firm based in Japan, Mayor Garcia has contributed immensely in fueling the economic path to posterity of the town, Ms. Reyes said.
