The presence of methodical view and formulation of genuine work-live friendly environment, a business central district, a leisure destination, learning and education zones and health services tend to revitalize economic activities, Engineer Pineda explained during in his short lecture to Bataan media practitioners recently.
The conversion of a segment of the province’s ecozone into a progressive business district is definitely a strong indication of FAB’s continuing higher and better enterprising services including both fiscal and non-fiscal incentives for the benefit of investors and the residents.
According to Pineda the project would help address the housing backlog in the province’s Freeport which Bataan Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia includes in his priority agenda due to the influx of workers from different regions in the Island of Luzon.
