Former commercial bank officer, amazed by Bataan industrial evolution

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – A former commercial bank officer is keenly amazed by the remarkable evolution of Bataan peninsula from agriculturally-based economy into a prosperous industrial and commercial hubs.

Mrs. Alma Fe Moreno, wife of Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) judge Ronald Moreno, has commented her observation on the highly-miraculous and marvelous situation of the province compared two decades ago while she was in college taking up business administration at the University of Santo Tomas.

The sophisticated implementation of carefully-crafted economic management techniques on policies and incentives measures initiated by the local government officials led by Bataan Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia has productive consequences.

The historic province has five economic and tourism enterprise zones, numerous industrial growth areas and commercial and property leasing firms which generate thousands of jobs for the residents.

Mrs. Moreno said that the economic strategic plan paves the way for the imposition of excellent fiscal policy and stimulus to achieve the desired business friendly investment atmosphere focusing toward the sustainable development program.

She explained the local socio-economic scenario has basically prepared entrepreneurs to the long-range income generating programs of business activities in the Bataan peninsula with notable infrastructure  and excellent peace and order.
