GenPact needs more BPO agents

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – As part of its expansion program, GenPact needs more BPO agents to fill the growing needs of the public.

The announcement was made Tuesday by GenPact Country manager Dan Reyes during the turn over ceremony of chairs to Bataan Library.

As this developed, Mayor Francis S Garcia of the City Government of Balanga (COB) warmly thanked GenPact- Bataan for donating 50 swivel chairs at the Bataan Library, Capitol Compound.
Mayor Garcia said the chairs will be used at the Barangay Learning Hubs (BLH’s) and in Rural Impact Sourcing (RIS) centers.

During the turn over ceremony, Mayor Garcia used the occasion to motivate beneficiaries to utilize their resources efficiently in order to produce quality graduates for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in Bataan.

During the occassion, GenPact Country Manager Dan Reyes announced that the company needs to hire 240 new agents by December 2017.

Reyes also mentioned that Bataan will be GenPact’s primary location for investments.
Present in the turn over ceremony were Office of the Governor Education Consultant Simeona B. Emata, OIC, Schools Division Superintendent, Department of Education (DepEd) – Balanga City Dr. Carolina S. Violeta, and Bataan Information and Communications Technology Development Council (BICTDC) Chairman Robert Enriquez.
