Letran, Abucay draw up tourism plan

Representatives of Letran Bataan visited Abucay Mayor Robin Tagle in his office last week to discuss a possible partnership to enhance tourism in the municipality.

“We are just trying to pursue the possibility of a partnership with Letran College to build a good image for Abucay to become a tourist spot,” said the mayor when asked about the issue.

The mayor had a hearty talk with the school representatives had discussed concerns on transportation, marketing collateral and scholarship program for Abucay students. In his social media post, Mayor Tagle said the July 10, 2024 meeting with Letran representatives was also aimed at developing good rapport with the school known for “teaching of truth and the learning of life.”
