BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Exposing its Masters in National Security Administration (MNSA) scholars in both strategic and civilian way of thinking, National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) students and officials convened at the PGO Conference Room, Bulwagan ng Bayan on Thursday.
MNSA is a scholarship program that only NDCP in Camp Aguinaldo offers in the country.
According to PG-ENRO Officer Victor B. Ubaldo who presided the meeting, this program is required for a colonel to become a general with its goal to develop one’s strategic thinking.
Attendees were from the army, navy, air force, and the national and local government.
NDCP was established during the Marcos Regime through the proposal of Southeast Asia Treaty Organization (SEATO) of having their war college in the Philippines in 1957.
