ORANI, Bataan – To be an ISO 9001:2015 (International Organization for Standardization) certified has been a dream come true for Benigno “Benny” Andres, CEO and Manager of the Orani Water District (OWD), a standard which according to him, not only produces numerous benefits for the company but also for themselves, that is setting rules that they will be able to accomplish.

OWD Manager, Benny Andres would always say that there’s a need to improve the company’s goal, empowered employees who clearly understand their job description, procedures and performance, as well as its services to the consumers; learning more about the business, using business metrics, the purpose of which is to better manage and empower the employees, creating a professional culture, leading to customer satisfaction as its ultimate goal.

Meanwhile, officials of the TUV Rheinland Philippines, the accredited certifying agency, said the most important factor that contributes to the success of the organization is the trust and confidence it will gain from the employees, clients and stakeholders.

Orani Water District has successfully fulfilled the requirements of the 2015 standards, and they are now ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certified, which only goes to show how committed they are to enhance their processes and maintain the honesty and transparency they’ve always demonstrated.
