PUP Bataan organizes pre-employment seminar

MARIVELES, Bataan – The Office of the Student Services, in partnership with the Labor Center of the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) conducted the seminar, On Getting the Best Job: A Pre-employment Orientation for Graduating Students, last February 9, 2015 at the PUP Bataan Covered Court.

Labor Center Community Affairs Officer Jan Jamison Zulueta and Officer-in-Charge Jobeth Otos illustrated the new recruitment process implemented in the Freeport Area of Bataan and explained important points in the Labor Standards of the Philippines, respectively.

In the afternoon, PUP Bataan Engish Instructor Cristian Avendaño discussed tips on how to make résumés impressive to potential employers and representative from Unlisolutions Manpower Services encouraged graduating students to start submitting their applications for the manpower pooling activity of their clients in and out the province of Bataan.
