In an interview with former congresswoman Herminia B. Roman, she said this is the second time this philanthropic activity is done.

“In this medical, dental and optical mission, aside from free services we also gave free medicines and eyeglasses,” Roman told

First District Congresswoman Geraldine Roman along with fellow lawmakers are presently in London for an official trip for the Philippines’ tourism efforts.

The municipal government of Orani led by mayor Efren “Bondjong” Pascual, Jr. provided their dental health bus for dental concerns and the marshals to secure the area for two days.

Volunteers from the Rotary Club also taught the children proper hygiene such as proper washing of hands and lessons on the importance of cleanliness.
