MARIVELES, Bataan – While electric consumers in other parts of the country are sick and tired over on and off power supply, Bataan residents are enjoying the lowest electricity rates after the GN Power Mariveles Coal Plant (GMCP) went back to its normal operations, producing 600 megawatts.

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Blackbeard’s Seafood Island (BSI) announced Friday the launching in Bataan of two sports programs with the hope of making triathlon a sports known not only to the elite but even to the poor.
Raymund Magdaluyo, BSI president, broke the news during the formal opening in Balanga City of their 28th branch, of the “Bataan International Triathlon” and the “Batang Tri Grassroots” programs.
The triathlon – swim, bike, run – will be held in November this year at the well-known Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bagac, Bataan.
