He said constant encounter made them very familiar with laws dealing with OFWs.
He said though that a personnel of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) report to their office to cater to overseas workers and families in the province.
He said sometimes the OWWA personnel does not report to their office on Thursday but directly proceeds to municipalities that need or request their services.
OWWA is the government agency for OFWs.
