Better investment opportunities in Bataan observed

A real estate broker and property appraiser has expressed his altruistic observation on the aggressive marketing crusade of the Bataan local government in fueling its eco-industrial development thrust skimming the way to bigger and better lucrative investment opportunities.

Luis G. Gonzales, former municipal administrator of Mariveles, underscored the passage of Republic Act No. 11453 sponsored by Representative Jose Enrique S. Garcia lll of the 2nd Congressional District that provides for the expansion of the Freeport Area of Bataan that would allow the entry of high technology firms including highly skilled computer experts in the labor intensive business process outsourcing industry.

Enumerating Governor Albert S. Garcia specific strategies aimed toward an all-embracing goal in inclusive growth of easing the process of doing business in Bataan, Mr. Gonzales is anticipating that the well-conceptualized economic posterity plan of the provincial executive will be realized with the influx of local and foreign locators.

He added by acknowledging locators to come to the historic peninsula would make them experience the best of what we have to offer and to prove to them that Bataan is indeed a splendid place for investment.
