Last July 21, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed between the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) Luzon Cluster 3 represented by Director Reynaldo Sy and the Municipal Government of Dinalupihan represented by Mayor Gila Garcia and Magsaysay Punong Barangay Roberto Macunat for the establishment of a Tech4Ed Center in Brgy. Magsaysay.

Four (4) Laptop computers, one (1) printer, one (1) router, one (1) CCTV camera, four (4) headsets and four (4) Laptop locks will be given to Brgy. Magsaysay as soon as their health center building, which is set to open sometime August of this year, becomes operational.

In an interview with BM Precious Manuel who played an important role in the project, she stated that establishing a Tech4Ed Center in Brgy. Magsaysay is a big blessing to her constituents amid this crisis especially to students who need laptop and internet connection for their blended learning this coming school year.

Tech4ED (Technology for Education, to gain Employment, train Entrepreneurs towards Economic Development) is a project of DICT aimed at providing communities access to digital information.
