BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Young boys and girls dressed as Saints joined a long procession around the commercial district of this city, Thursday night aimed at showing the right way of celebrating All Saints Day.
Rev. Fr. Abraham Pantig, parish priest of Balanga City, said they are on the fifth year holding “A Night with the Saints” but this is the first time that they held a program at the Plaza Mayor.
All Saints Day” the priest of the St. Joseph Parish said.
Pantig said the participants wore costumes of their favorite Saints to relive what the Saints had done in serving God Almighty while on Earth. The “Night with the Saints” is a project of the Parish Youth Ministry.
Pantig officiated the Holy Mass at the St. Joseph Cathedral before the procession with Images of Saints from different barangays in the city. After the procession, the Parish Youth Ministry held a program at the Plaza Mayor de Balanga.
