BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Tobacco control advocates in Southeast Asia gathered in Balanga City Wednesday and Thursday to learn from the this City’s successful anti-smoking campaign and keep countries under the Association of Southeast Asian Nations smoke-free.

Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia yesterday stressed that the provincial government has already created a Smoke-Free Task Force for the implementation of a provincial ordinance banning smoking, approved last year.
