Dinalupihan, Bataan — Superintendent Lailene Javier Amparo, the newly-designated Chief of Police of this town, was still pinning up plaques and photographs on the wall of her new office last weekend. Amparo has continued to perform her duties with the same zeal for five years and landed the top police post in this strategic and booming town in northern Bataan.Perhaps, that is the reason behind the smile on her face.
