AFAB Bags PRIME-HRM Bronze Award for HR Excellence

The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) received the PRIME-HRM Bronze Award from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office III in line with the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary. Said recognition was given for AFAB’s outstanding implementation of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), through the efforts of its Human Resource Division.

Earning the Maturity Level II – Bronze Award affirms AFAB’s commitment to establishing transparent, efficient, and merit-based human resource systems. The recognition highlights the agency’s continuous improvements in key HR areas such as recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and rewards and recognition.

The CSC lauded AFAB as a model of good governance and innovation in human resource practices within the public sector. The award strengthens AFAB’s institutional capacity while advancing the national goal of professionalizing public service.
