Bataan bishop issues prayer for rains

BALANGA City, Bataan – The Diocese of Balanga in Bataan on Sunday issued a prayer asking for rains with the threat of El Nino and less rainfall this summer. Bishop Ruperto Santos, however, asks only for enough rains and not rains that will cause floods and destruction to life and property.
