Bataan police arrests 113 criminal suspects

The Bataan police arrested 113 criminal suspects from all over the province during last week’s launchig of the Simultaneous Anti Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO).

In a statement released to media by Police Major Jim P. Tayag, newly appointed Acting Chief of Bataan Police Community Relations Branch and PIO, 108 legitimate police operations were conducted in the province from August 19-23. Out of 15 anti-illlegal drug operations, 25 persons were arrested and 54 sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated, said the media release. Of the 43 operations on the service of warrant of arrest, 37 perrsons were captured that included Abucay’s number 2 most wanted person.

Tayag said Bataan Police Provincal Director Colonell Jesus A. Rebua has vowed that the provincial police will continue to carry out its duties and mandate to curb illegal activities in the province especially drugs.
