The Sangguniang Bayan led by Vice Mayor Lito Rubia is in full support to the program. Councilor Susan Madla-Murillo, Councilor Vonnel Isip, and Councilor Danny Banal joined the conduct of Abot-Kamay Hanggang Barangay sa Panahon ng Pandemya in Poblacion.
Municipal Administrator Tito Catipon, a former councilor, authored at the municipal council the unique program at the time of former mayor Jesse Concepcion.
