DINALUPIHAN, Bataan- A village in Bataan was chosen as showcase in Region 3 of the barangay assembly which was held simultaneously in all barangays in the country Saturday.

“Nag-iisang regional showcase sa barangay assembly ang barangay Pag-asa sa Dinalupihan,

Bataan sa buong Central Luzon para sa semester na ito,” said Florida Dijun, Region 3 director of the Department of Interior and Local Government.

In line with the celebration of the 83rd Civil Registration Month, February 2014, the Bataan League of Civil Registrars (BLCR) conducted a Seminar on Court Decree and Legal Instrument to Civil Registrars and Local Civil Registry Office (LRCO) staff at the Ilyvem Hall, Balanga City on February 28, 2014. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Bataan Provincial Office co-hosted the event.

The seminar aims to inform and refresh LCRO staff in procedures of Court Decrees and Legal Instruments. Ms. Aurelia Alido, Registration Officer III discussed the topics concerning court decree, while Ms. Josephine Bulanga, Registration Officer II tackled legal instruments and other civil registry matters. Both speakers were from the Civil Registry Division of PSA Central Office.
